We are working with a highly regarded firm in its search for an experienced Solicitor to join its specialist Contentious Construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with a solid background in construction disputes who is looking to handle a varied caseload of high-quality work across public and private sector clients.
Experience
At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in dispute resolution, ideally with a focus on construction
Familiarity with a range of dispute resolution methods including mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration
Experience advising contractors, developers and other sector professionals
Skills
Able to manage matters independently and as part of a larger team
High level of client engagement and communication
Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure
