Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join a leading contentious construction team, working on complex and high-value disputes across Scotland. This role offers the chance to contribute to significant projects in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors, alongside recognised experts in the field.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE in contentious construction law
Advising clients on risk management, strategy and dispute resolution
Acting in litigation, arbitration, adjudication and other ADR processes
Experience representing developers, contractors, or consultants in construction and infrastructure projects
Skills:
Ability to manage demanding caseloads and deliver pragmatic solutions
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Commercial awareness and confidence in building client relationships
Collaborative approach while capable of working independently
