Overview:
An excellent opportunity for a solicitor to join an established team focused on construction-related disputes. This role offers exposure to a wide range of contentious matters and the chance to work with a varied client base across both public and private sectors.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
• Involvement in resolving construction disputes through adjudication, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings
• Advising on matters involving standard form contracts such as SBCC and NEC
• Engaging with legal counsel and technical experts to support case preparation
Skills:
• Qualified solicitor in Scotland (NQ–3 years’ PQE)
• Clear communicator with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Client-focused, organised and able to manage competing priorities
