Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (NQ+) to join one of Scotland's largest commercial practices, based in Inverness. 

This caseload will consist of Commercial Real Estate matters, ranging from but not being limited to:

  • The purchase and sale of Commercial Property
  • Leases and lease management work
  • Investment
  • Development
  • Portfolio management
  • Corporate support and funding

This leading team are known for their work across the following sectors:

  • Commercial and residential development
  • Investment
  • Marine economy
  • Energy supply chain
  • Healthcare
  • Hospitality
  • Leisure
  • Industrial

 As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Have gained post qualified or traineeship experience in either Commercial, Residential or Rural Property law
  • Be able to display a true passion and desire to pursue a long-term career within Commercial Real Estate
  • Have commercial awareness, and a willingness to be involved in business development initiatives
