A highly regarded law firm in Edinburgh is seeking a commercial property solicitor (3-6 years’) to join its busy Real Estate team. This is a standout opportunity for a solicitor looking to combine traditional commercial property work with a specialist focus in the growing telecoms real estate sector.

The Role Offers Exposure To:

• Telecoms property transactions - manage and acquire phone mast sites for major telecoms clients, including project-specific site acquisitions with direct client engagement.
• Investment work - advise on the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial assets, particularly landlord-side work.
• Property finance - support secured lending transactions, primarily acting for lenders.Le
• asing transactions - advise commercial tenants across a variety of sectors.

About You:

• 3-6 years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial property law.
• Ideally, exposure to telecoms-related property work (not essential).
• Confident handling transactions from instruction to completion.
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy workload under pressure.
