This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established Inverness practice advising businesses, landlords, tenants and entrepreneurs on a broad range of commercial property and business transactions.
You'll work closely with clients across a variety of sectors, helping them navigate acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters while building long-term relationships within the local business community.

The role
Handle commercial property sales and acquisitions
Advise landlords and tenants on commercial leases
Assist with the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets
Draft and negotiate property and transactional documentation
Liaise with accountants, lenders and other professional advisers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
About you
2+ years’ PQE in commercial property
Experience managing transactional property matters
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Organised and able to manage a varied workload
Client-focused and commercially aware
