This role suits a commercial property lawyer looking to build on their experience and take on greater involvement in complex transactions and client relationships.

The role
You'll handle a broad caseload spanning acquisitions and disposals, leasing and development work, plus property finance, due diligence and corporate support transactions. You'll advise clients on commercial real estate issues, including development projects with infrastructure and renewable energy elements, working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up, commercially focused service.
About you
3+ years' PQE in commercial property or real estate
Experience with leasing, sales and acquisitions
Commercially aware and detail-focused
Strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships
Effective team player who manages deadlines well
Motivated to progress within commercial property
