Overview:
We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a Commercial Property solicitor with 7+ years PQE to join its Land & Property Team. You will advise clients on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases, development options, and planning agreements, working across teams to provide integrated, client-focused solutions.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 7 years PQE in Commercial Property law.
Handling complex commercial property matters, including planning, sales, purchases, leases, and contracts.
Working collaboratively across teams to provide integrated advice to clients.
Skills:
Commercially aware, self-sufficient, and able to manage a diverse caseload with discretion.
Collegiate, curious, and committed to continuous development of technical skills.
Excellent client relationship and advisory skills, demonstrating empathy and professional judgement.
