Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join a high-performing team with a long-standing presence in the Scottish market. The team advises clients across a wide range of sectors including development, investment, retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure and industrial. This role offers exposure to a diverse workload and the chance to work with well-established clients on high-value transactions.

Experience

At least 5 years’ PQE in commercial real estate matters
Experience in sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and property funding
Familiarity with corporate support transactions and development projects

Skills

Confident managing your own files and transactions from start to finish
Comfortable engaging directly with clients and contributing to wider team initiatives
Drafting, negotiation, and organisational abilities
