Overview:
We are currently seeking a Solicitor to join a thriving team specialising in telecoms, asset management, development and investment work. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse range of high-calibre client matters and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Qualified Solicitor (ideally 4-10 PQE+) with experience in Scottish commercial real estate work
Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player committed to supporting team goals
Organisational skills to manage tasks within timescales and handle high-volume projects
Skills:
Confident communicator with the ability to develop relationships internally and with clients and undertake client marketing
Ability to adopt a commercial perspective on legal issues
Methodical approach to handling various commercial property matters through case management systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-standard work
