The role
As a Senior Associate / Director in Commercial Property, you’ll oversee a broad range of transactional work while playing a key role within the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions
Advising clients on a range of commercial real estate matters
Supporting development and funding-related property work
Acting as a senior point of contact for clients
Supervising and supporting junior colleagues
Contributing to strategic growth and business development initiatives
About you
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who:
Has extensive experience in commercial property at a senior level
Is confident managing transactions and advising a varied client base
Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and sound judgement
Communicates clearly and builds lasting client relationships
Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
Has experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Is keen to play a role in wider team development and growth
