Job Description

Overview:
A respected full-service law firm is seeking an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its established team as a Senior Associate or Director. The team advises a broad client base including investors, developers, banks, landlords and tenants. This role has come about due to growth.

Role Requirements:
Experience:

• Advising on the sale and purchase of commercial property, development work, funding transactions and commercial leasing
• Leading transactions from start to finish 
• Contributing to team meetings and ongoing departmental development
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Supporting marketing and business development activity across the wider firm
• Attending networking events and identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other areas of the business

Skills:
• Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and independently
• Clear communicator who can build and maintain client relationships
• Commercially aware with an interest in growing the client base
