Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5 years'+)

Job Description

A well-established legal practice is seeking an experienced litigation solicitor to join its team on a flexible/part-time basis.

The role is aimed at commercial and civil litigators with approximately 5+ years’ PQE who are looking for a working model that offers greater autonomy and work/life balance, while still providing the structure and support of an established practice.

This opportunity may appeal to solicitors who are:

• Returning to legal practice after a career break
• Seeking a more flexible approach to working hours
• Looking to work part-time or on a reduced-hours basis
• Transitioning toward retirement but wishing to remain professionally engaged
• Interested in building their own client relationships within a supportive framework 

The successful candidate will have strong experience in commercial and/or civil litigation and a client-focused approach. The role requires an individual who is comfortable managing their own caseload and client relationships, while benefiting from the administrative and compliance support of the wider team.
