Overview
We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded commercial dispute resolution team, seeking an experienced solicitor to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, across multiple sectors.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
Track record in handling matters in the Court of Session, Sheriff Courts and tribunals
Involvement in varied disputes such as contract, professional negligence, shareholder issues, property, construction and financial services
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage client relationships, deadlines and competing priorities
Detail-focused and confident working within a fast-paced team environment
