Overview:
A growing Glasgow-based firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its supportive team. The role involves managing a varied caseload, including personal injury and clinical negligence claims, with regular court attendance. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.
Experience:
NQ to 4 years’ PQE in personal injury and clinical negligence law
Experience managing claims and guiding clients through litigation
Court proceedings and client negotiations
Able to work collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload from initial advice through to court hearings and conclusion
Represent clients confidently at court and in negotiations
Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the litigation process
Support colleagues and contribute to team outcomes
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
Organised with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Client-focused with attention to detail
