Responsibilities:
Manage clinical negligence claims, including pre-litigation and litigation
Provide legal advice and court advocacy, instructing Counsel and expert witnesses
Handle a variety of cases such as delayed diagnosis, hospital negligence, and surgical claims
Experience Required:
1-5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence or similar role
Advocacy skills and knowledge of court procedures
Excellent communication, organisational, and client handling skills
