The role
As a Senior Associate, you'll manage a varied caseload alongside colleagues across litigation and regulatory teams. You'll:
Handle clinical negligence and abuse claims from instruction to resolution
Advise insurers, indemnifiers, public bodies and professionals
Manage complex, sensitive matters with care
Collaborate on related litigation, disciplinary and inquiry work
Maintain client relationships and meet reporting requirements
Support the team on strategic and client-facing initiatives
About you
A Senior Litigation Solicitor who:
Has 6+ years' PQE (guideline)
Has a solid litigation background (PI experience a plus)
Is confident with sensitive, technically challenging matters
Has good analytical and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Manages competing priorities with a proactive, client-focused approach
