We are partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a talented Solicitor for their Personal Injury team specialising in Employers’ Liability, Public Liability & Clinical Negligence.

Job Description

This position is open to solicitors with a solid traineeship and any level of post-qualification experience, who can work independently while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims across EL, PL, and clinical negligence
Work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
Provide clear, professional advice and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation
Background in EL/PL and clinical negligence claims ideal but not essential, other areas will be considered
Organisational skills and ability to manage cases independently

Skills & Attributes

Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
Effective time management and attention to detail
Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused approach
