Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters across both pre-litigation and litigation stages
Provide clear legal advice and undertake advocacy, including instructing Counsel and expert witnesses
Handle a wide range of claims, including delayed diagnosis, hospital errors, and surgical negligence
Experience Required:
1–5 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence or a closely related area
Advocacy experience with solid knowledge of court procedures
Excellent communication, organisation, and client-care skills
