The role
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor in Glasgow, you will manage a varied caseload of medical negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement or court proceedings.
You will work on a range of cases including delayed diagnosis, surgical errors and wider hospital negligence claims. The role will involve working closely with Counsel and medical experts, as well as preparing cases for litigation and conducting advocacy where appropriate.
About you
This role would suit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor who:
Has 1–5 years’ PQE in clinical negligence or a related litigation area
Has experience managing their own caseload or assisting on complex claims
Has knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes
Communicates clearly and builds effective client relationships
Is organised and able to manage competing deadlines
Is keen to develop expertise within clinical negligence work
