Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join a leading Charities & Third Sector team. You will advise a wide range of clients, including charitable organisations, trustees, philanthropists and community groups, providing guidance on governance, regulatory and compliance matters. The role offers early client contact and varied, challenging work.
Role Requirements:
Advise clients on charity governance, regulatory and compliance matters
Draft and amend constitutions, charity applications and related documentation
Provide philanthropy advice and support grant administration
Manage own matters and collaborate with colleagues across practice areas
Experience:
Experience with charities, corporate, private client, or public law is advantageous
Comfortable managing files and working directly with clients
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Clear and confident communication
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Committed to high standards of client service
