Job Description

You will advise major banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, and structured finance - working on significant deals across the UK and internationally.

About You:

• UK-qualified solicitor with NQ-6 years’ PQE in banking and finance law.
