You will be handling complex and high-value EL/PL claims, as well as motor and disease matters, while also contributing to business development and mentoring colleagues.
Role Requirements:
Experience: 5+ YRS PQE in defendant personal injury / EL/PL work
Manage a caseload of litigated and complex claims, including high-value matters
Partner with clients on strategy, training and development initiatives
Provide supervision and support to junior members of the team
Skills:
Detailed knowledge of Scottish court procedures
Ability to build relationships with insurer and local authority clients
Leadership and mentoring ability, with a collaborative working style
