Overview:
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency lawyer to join a top-ranked team. You’ll work closely with recognised partners and have exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload, advising a broad client base that includes corporates, lenders, insolvency practitioners and law firms.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in restructuring and insolvency
• Background in distressed M&A, restructurings, enforcements and insolvency-related advisory work
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients facing challenging circumstances
• Confident managing a demanding caseload while maintaining quality and efficiency
Skills:
• Commercial awareness and client-centred approach
• Pragmatic and solutions-driven with strong technical ability
• Effective communicator who builds lasting client relationships
• Positive, adaptable, and committed to delivering first-class service
