The role
You'll advise on a range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and restructurings. Alongside drafting and negotiating key agreements, you'll work closely with clients, guide them through complex transactions and collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver commercial, practical advice.
You'll also have the opportunity to support business development initiatives and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
About you
This role would suit a Corporate & Commercial Associate or Senior Associate who:
Has 6+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law
Has experience in M&A, private equity, investments and corporate advisory work
Enjoys leading client matters and building relationships
Takes a commercial, solutions-focused approach
