Overview:
A unique opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Director (8+ years’ PQE) to join a leading Construction & Projects (contentious) team in Glasgow. You’ll handle complex, high-value disputes across major construction, infrastructure, and energy projects, advising clients including employers, developers, contractors and consultants.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE with extensive experience in contentious construction matters
Track record advising on dispute strategy, risk management and resolution via Court, Arbitration, Adjudication, or ADR
Experience managing complex, multi-party disputes on high-profile projects
Skills:
Pragmatic and results-focused, able to manage pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent analytical skills and commercial judgment
Confident communicator, able to lead client relationships and mentor colleagues
Collaborative, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality service
Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of a busy, high-performing team
