The role
As a Senior Associate, you’ll manage a varied caseload while working closely with colleagues across litigation and regulatory teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling clinical negligence and abuse claims from instruction through to resolution
Advising a range of clients including insurers, indemnifiers, public bodies and professionals
Managing complex and sensitive matters with appropriate care and attention
Collaborating on related litigation, disciplinary and inquiry work
Maintaining strong client relationships and meeting reporting requirements
Supporting the wider team on strategic and client-facing initiatives
About you
This role would suit a Senior Litigation Solicitor who:
Has 6+ years’ PQE (guideline level)
Has a solid background in litigation (personal injury experience beneficial)
Is confident managing sensitive and technically challenging matters
Demonstrates analytical and communication skills
Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
Takes a proactive and client-focused approach
