Real Estate Finance Senior Solicitor (5+ years')

Job Description

A leading law firm is seeking a real estate finance senior solicitor to join their team in Edinburgh. 

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing, reviewing and reporting on real estate finance documents, including leases, dispositions and standard securities
• Examining and reporting on titles (Land Registered and Sasine) and certificates of title
• Drafting corporate authorisations, board minutes, and discharges of securities
• Managing searches, registrations and post-settlement administration
• Ensuring files and client matters are delivered on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Scottish legal qualification (dual Scotland/England preferred)
• 5+ years' PQE with strong experience in real estate finance, title examination and property security work
• Excellent communicator, client-focused, confident and able to work independently and in a team
