Job Description

Join a market-leading Infrastructure & Projects team in Edinburgh advising on some of Scotland’s most ambitious and high-value developments. From hospitals and schools to energy, waste, and street lighting projects, you’ll work across the full project lifecycle - from inception and funding to construction and operation.

You’ll gain hands-on experience drafting and negotiating key project documentation (including DBFM Agreements, Construction Contracts, FM Agreements, Collateral Warranties, and Direct Agreements), advising on procurement matters, and supporting clients through contract interpretation and project variations.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE in infrastructure, projects, construction, or related work
• Excellent drafting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing complex documentation
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
