Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercial property lawyer (4-6 years’ PQE) to join a well-respected Scottish firm with a strong client focus and a supportive culture. Based in Edinburgh, this role sits within a collaborative and high-performing Commercial Property team that works across a broad range of sectors and transactions.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in complex sales and purchases, funding transactions, development work, renewable energy projects, and commercial leases. You'll be joining a team that advises an impressive client base of investors, developers, banks, landlords, and tenants.

What makes this opportunity stand out:

  • Broad, high-quality commercial property work
  • Open, inclusive culture with mentoring and supervisory opportunities
  • Encouragement to get involved in business development and networking
  • Flexible working options considered

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, has strong technical skills, and is keen to grow their profile in the Scottish market. Experience in supervising junior team members is welcomed, but not essential.

Whether you’re already in a similar role or looking to step up, this could be your next career move.
