Job Description

If you're looking for a role where the work is complex, high-profile and genuinely career-defining, this opportunity deserves your attention.

QED Legal is partnering with one of the UK's leading national law firms as it continues to strengthen its highly regarded Corporate Crime & Regulatory team in Glasgow. The firm is seeking a talented Solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE who is ready to build a career at the forefront of one of the most dynamic areas of legal practice.

This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading team advising major corporates, financial institutions, public bodies and senior individuals on some of the most challenging regulatory, investigative and corporate crime matters in the country. From regulatory investigations and enforcement action to compliance, governance and white-collar crime issues, you'll gain exposure to work that is both intellectually stimulating and commercially significant.

You won't be confined to the sidelines. From the outset, you'll work closely with recognised experts in the field, taking on meaningful responsibility, developing direct client relationships and building the skills that will set you apart in a highly sought-after practice area.

The corporate crime and regulatory landscape is evolving rapidly. Increased regulatory scrutiny, expanding compliance obligations and a growing focus on corporate accountability mean demand for specialist advisers has never been stronger. Against this backdrop, the firm continues to invest heavily in its national offering, making this an exceptional time to join a practice with genuine momentum.

This opportunity is particularly well suited to a solicitor who has already developed a solid foundation in disputes, investigations, regulatory law or white-collar crime and is looking to take the next significant step in their career. You'll be joining a team where your experience will be valued, your development actively supported and your ambitions encouraged.

Equally impressive is the culture. Ambitious without being hierarchical, collaborative without being complacent, this is a team that invests in its people and provides a clear pathway for progression. You'll be supported, challenged and given every opportunity to develop your expertise within a nationally recognised platform.

If you're ready to elevate your career within one of the UK's most respected Corporate Crime & Regulatory practices, we'd love to hear from you.
