Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to support a leading team known for advising high-net-worth individuals, families, estates, and trustees across complex trust, tax, and regulatory matters.

The role will involve supporting trust governance, regulatory compliance, and reporting obligations across the firm, including:

Maintaining and enhancing trust-related compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
Providing guidance to fee-earners on trust governance, AML, onboarding requirements and regulatory expectations
Leading CRS compliance activities, including trust classification, due diligence, and annual reporting
Managing trust register and TRS oversight, ensuring accuracy, verification, and timely updates

The firm is seeking a candidate with experience in CRS/FATCA, AML, financial crime compliance, fiduciary regulation, or related transparency regimes. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to interpret legislation and apply it practically. Previous experience in a law firm, financial services provider, fiduciary business, or other regulated professional environment would be advantageous. Knowledge of trust structures, TRS requirements, or UK trust law is desirable, although training can be provided.

You will be joining a specialist, collaborative team led by experts in trust law, tax, and private client matters. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-value governance projects, support a market-leading practice, and help shape trust compliance processes in a forward-thinking environment. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available, along with a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for continued professional development.

If this role sounds of interest, please contact Steph or Jade for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 18248)
