Job Description

A global firm with an outstanding reputation is looking to appoint a transactional construction lawyer (4–8 years’ PQE) to strengthen its highly regarded Construction and Engineering Group. The work is centred on complex, high-value projects in the renewable energy and wider infrastructure sectors – projects that are transforming communities in the UK and further afield. Scotland is the preferred location, though the role is open across the firm’s UK network.

You will work closely with a team of renowned specialists whose expertise is consistently recognised at the very highest level. The practice acts for major developers, funders, contractors and investors on landmark projects across energy, infrastructure and real estate. From renewable power generation to large-scale development schemes, the breadth and prestige of the work is second to none.

This is not just another move; it is an invitation to be part of the world’s largest dedicated construction law team. The group is ranked at the very top of the profession in both Chambers and Legal 500, and its international reputation has been cemented by more than a decade of consecutive awards as the leading global firm for construction law. Joining this practice means stepping into a platform that is unparalleled – one where you can work on matters of global significance while developing your career in an environment that prizes talent, ambition and collaboration.

If you are ready to take on a role that will challenge and inspire in equal measure, and position you at the forefront of the energy and infrastructure landscape, this could be the defining move in your career.
