We are a small but very busy practice specialising in criminal law, family law, child law, Adoptions and Permanence applications, guardianship orders and powers of attorney. Whilst based in Glenrothes, we primarily conduct work at Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline and Dundee Sheriff courts but we service most of the courts across Tayside Central and Fife. We also regularly conduct cases in the High Court. We also have a large family law and child law practice and appear regularly for clients at children’s panels throughout Scotland.
You should be hardworking, prepared to work at a fast pace, be able to demonstrate initiative and be motivated to learn. This position would primarily suit a candidate who is interested in criminal and civil litigation. Candidates should hold an LLB degree and Diploma in Legal Practice. You must hold a current driving licence and it is essential that you have a car.
