LB and Co Solicitors a dynamic high street law firm, authorised to practice in both England, Wales and Scotland, is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor to join our Scottish operation. We provide comprehensive legal services across various practice areas, offering an all-encompassing training experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across diverse legal areas, gaining broad exposure and practical experience.
• Assist in case preparation, research, and client interactions under the supervision of experienced solicitors.
• Manage individual case loads effectively, demonstrating initiative and independence.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases, contributing to team efforts.

Qualifications:

• Law degree or equivalent qualification. Completion of the Diploma in Legal Practice is essential.
• Prior work experience in a law firm is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with colleagues and clients.
• Business-minded and versatile, able to adapt to the varied demands of a high street law firm.
