Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor to join our team in Glasgow in September 2026.   

 

We are a specialist Professional Indemnity and Construction practice, with offices in Glasgow, Bristol, London, Dublin, Dubai and Toronto. The successful candidate will undertake their traineeship working alongside our highly rated Professional Indemnity and Construction teams in Glasgow 

 

The Professional Indemnity team specialise in defending Solicitors, Accountants, Insurance Brokers, Architects, Engineers, D&B Contractors and their Insurers when they face allegations of negligence. 

 

The Construction team specialise in contentious construction disputes with experience in working on high profile building and infrastructure projects across the UK for a mix of contractors, developers and construction professionals. 

 

The work is challenging and interesting and both teams are highly supportive and collaborative.

 

The successful candidate must have completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice ahead of starting with us in September 2026 and be in a position to evidence this.
