About the Role

As a Trainee in our Accident Team, you will play a key role in managing personal injury claims and supporting clients through the legal process.  You will gain hands-on experience handling a variety of cases and develop a strong understanding of case procedures.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with client consultations, gathering evidence, and drafting legal documents.
• Conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties to progress claims efficiently.
• Attending court hearings and case reviews alongside senior solicitors.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals with a genuine passion for the legal profession and a strong interest in personal injury law. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively and work under pressure. A keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service are essential.
