A leading international law firm is seeking a qualified or part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join its expanding IP team in Glasgow.

Job Description

The team is known for its friendly, close-knit culture and its innovative use of technology to deliver efficient and high-quality service.

You will have the chance to be involved in a broad range of work across trade mark prosecution, portfolio management, and advisory matters, with support from senior colleagues and access to wider IP expertise.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of UK trade mark law, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience managing international trade mark portfolios is desirable but not essential, and support will be provided to grow into the role. The trade mark group is expanding and offers a fantastic platform for ambitious junior professionals to take on meaningful work early in their careers.

This position offers flexibility in working arrangements, including hybrid and remote options. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment, working with a diverse client base—from high-profile global brands to dynamic smaller businesses.

If you are interested in this opportunity, please don’t hesitate to contact Cameron or Teddie for an initial, confidential discussion. (Assignment 17429)
