Job Description

Are you a commercial lawyer with experience advising on technology contracts?

We're looking for a mid to senior-level lawyer to join a growing legal consultancy supporting clients at the forefront of technology and innovation, with a particular focus on sports technology.

This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity to work with cutting-edge businesses and contribute to meaningful, fast-paced projects in the tech space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and technology contracts – particularly SaaS agreements.
  • Advising on data protection, data-sharing agreements, and intellectual property issues.
  • Working independently on interesting projects for clients across the UK.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years PQE (no upper limit) in commercial/technology law.
  • Expertise in drafting clear and commercially-focused contracts.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK data protection law and IP issues.
  • Confident working autonomously and managing client relationships.
  • Qualified in Scotland or England.
  • Interest in AI and new technologies.

?? What You’ll Get:

  • Flexible, part-time hours to suit your schedule.
  • The chance to work with forward-thinking clients in one of the most exciting tech sectors.
  • A supportive, modern consultancy environment with zero commuting.
