This is an excellent opportunity to advise high-net-worth individuals, families, landed estates and rural businesses on a broad range of succession planning and private wealth matters within a collaborative and specialist team.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on estate and succession planning, trusts, asset protection and wealth preservation matters
Drafting wills, trusts and related succession planning documentation
Assisting with the administration of estates and complex family wealth structures
Working closely with colleagues across private client, land and property, business law and family law teams to deliver integrated advice
Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE, ideally within private client, tax and succession, or related areas. Scottish-qualified solicitors are encouraged to apply, although candidates qualified in England & Wales and professionals from a tax advisory background will also be considered. STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards it, would be advantageous.
