Our client, full-service law firm, is seeking a solicitor to join its rural property team in Aberdeen.

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of rural matters, including property transactions, agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects, and estate purchases. You will provide legal advice to a well-established client base of farming families, estate owners, and rural businesses, supporting their varied legal needs.

While experience in rural property law is preferred, the firm also welcomes applications from newly qualified solicitors level and upwards with a background in commercial or residential property who are interested in making the transition. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A proactive approach to client service and business development is essential.
