Key Responsibilities

• As part of the firm’s expanding Residential Property team, you will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, acting for a broad and loyal client base within a supportive and dynamic environment.
• You will work with a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers and families to high-net-worth individuals and property investors managing portfolio acquisitions and sales. 
• Manage residential sales, purchases and re-mortgages from instruction to completion.
• Provide clear, proactive advice to clients and intermediaries.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through consistent communication and service delivery.
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

About You

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Property work.
• NQ to 5 years’ PQE, though consideration would be given to those soon to qualify in 2026 coming from a specialised conveyancing traineeship.
• Strong communication and client management skills with a track record of managing a varied caseload.
• Motivated by the opportunity to work in a growing, high-quality team and develop long-term expertise in residential property.
