Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise while working closely with experienced specialists in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You will play a central role within a highly respected Private Client team, supporting complex family office work and advising high-net-worth and multigenerational clients. The position offers hands-on experience across succession planning, trusts, and wealth structuring, with full support available for STEP qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of integrated family office services, coordinating advice across legal, tax, investment, governance, and philanthropic matters.
  • Provide tailored succession planning, wealth structuring, and asset-protection advice for complex family arrangements.
  • Draft and advise on a full range of trusts, including administration, governance, compliance, and trust wind-ups.
  • Meet clients to advise on and prepare wills and powers of attorney.
  • Assist with high-value executry administration involving rural, business and investment assets.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Support knowledge management and help develop innovative technical and digital solutions for private clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years’ PQE and a genuine interest in private client work, bringing a proactive, solutions-driven approach. Strong communication and client-care skills are essential, along with the confidence to work directly with high-profile clients and professional advisers.

The firm offers clear progression opportunities, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
