Solicitor - Professional Indemnity (2 years PQE+)
Location: Edinburgh/Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £46,000 plus Bonus and Benefits

This leading Band 1 team are looking for a Solicitor to join their Professional Disputes team. A consistent and growing client base has led to an opportunity to join this market leading team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE but individuals out with will be considered. Experience in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session is essential.

What you will do:

Defend a wide range of insurers and professionals in all aspects of professional liability claims with a focus on the construction industry.
Provide dispute resolution support through mediation, arbitration and litigation. 
Represent professionals before public inquiries.
Run a case load of high value and complex cases.
Act on behalf of a broad range of clients including brokers, accountants, and financial services professionals with a particular focus on construction professionals.
