A leading insurance-specialist legal firm is expanding its Large Loss and Catastrophic Injury team in Glasgow.

Job Description

This is a rare opportunity for a solicitor to join a nationally respected team and take on complex, high-value personal injury claims in a supportive and progressive environment.

You will handle large loss matters and work alongside lead lawyers on high-profile, challenging cases. The work is both intellectually engaging and impactful, offering exposure to a range of personal injury matters across Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Typical tasks include liability and causation analysis, drafting pleadings and advices, liaising with clients and counsel, and contributing to wider business development initiatives.

This position is ideally suited to those with 1–3 years’ PQE and experience in defender personal injury litigation, though candidates with relevant experience outside this range will also be considered. Our client is also open to hearing from NQ lawyers with experience and a genuine interest in this area.

The team offers hybrid working, strong career progression, and a collaborative culture where development is actively encouraged.

If this position may be of interest, please contact Teddie or Cameron for a confidential initial discussion. (Assignment 17671)
