A leading and award-winning legal services provider is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Business Crime and Regulatory team in Glasgow.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role within a high-performing and supportive team, working on complex and varied matters involving business crime, regulatory investigations, prosecutions, and public inquiries. Clients include both corporate entities and individuals, and the work often involves high-profile cases across multiple regulatory bodies.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in business crime and regulatory law or significant experience in general criminal litigation with an interest in specialising. A strong understanding of regulatory investigations, criminal proceedings, and insurance-funded litigation is essential, along with the ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.
