Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity work on a wide variety of intriguing and thought-provoking commercial disputes, while gaining the skills necessary to progress in your profession as a Solicitor Advocate.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Representing clients in court hearings, motions, and other advocacy matters.
• Managing disputes through litigation, mediation, arbitration, and negotiation.
• Preparing cases and drafting legal documents.
• Advising clients on contentious matters and delivering clear, practical advice.
• Working closely with senior lawyers and specialists on complex disputes.

Applicants should be a qualified lawyer with a background in litigation, keen to transition into advocacy, with at least 1-year PQE.
