The role focuses on delivering commercially focused trade mark advice, managing a diverse client portfolio, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. The position offers hybrid working arrangements.
The team is collaborative and technology-focused, working closely with wider IP specialists across a range of matters, including both prosecution and disputes.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships.
Managing incoming work and allocating matters efficiently across the team, liaising directly with clients where appropriate.
Overseeing team capacity, utilisation, quality, and delivery of work.
Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the development of junior team members and paralegals.
Providing strategic, commercially focused advice on trade mark and design matters.
Managing trade mark portfolios, including global filing strategies and coordination with international agents.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Trade Mark Attorney or Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE, strong UK and international trade mark experience, proven supervisory skills, and a commercially minded, collaborative approach.
