Due to continued business success, a truly exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and career hungry Real Estate Solicitor to join their award winning team based in Aberdeen.
As a valued member of the team, from the onset you will have direct client exposure dealing with a variety of high value real estate transactions across conveyancing and leasing matters. You will work cohesively with the wider real estate team located north of the border.
We are interested to hear form candidates who possess a minimum of 2 years pqe, and who possess in-depth knowledge of commercial property, purchase and sale transactions, confident in dealing with drafting and reviewing lease agreements as well as rent reviews.
