Our client, a well-established UK law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its leading real estate team.

Job Description

This permanent position is based in Aberdeen and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects for housebuilders.

The role involves handling transactions from an early stage, drafting and negotiating contractual documentation, and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to clients. You will work closely with partners and colleagues in a collaborative environment, gaining exposure to high-profile clients and complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of post-qualification experience in real estate or commercial property law, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. You should be confident in managing your workload, building client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives.
